If your Pay in 3 request is approved, you enter into a contract with PayPal. This means that PayPal is the lender, not Medikalista (Optimum Allianz Ltd).

Where can I check my instalments and the amount I still have to repay?

Log in to your PayPal account and open your Pay in 3 plan. You can see your previous instalments in its Activity, and the next ones by clicking on View upcoming instalments.

The amount you still have to repay is shown under “Remaining”.

What happens if my surgery is cancelled after the Pay in 3 payment?

Whether you decide to cancel or the surgeon decides for medical reasons, we will refund the amount owed to you from our PayPal business account.

PayPal, for its part, will refund the instalments already paid and cancel the remaining instalments.
